The future of banks has been called into question as customers move toward a space where they can access their financial information, conduct transactions, and connect with financial information and experts without ever having to enter a bank branch.
In this project the future of banking integrated cultural, behavioral and technological trends to formulate design strategies upon which the bank can act. This project examined the different ways in which people will interact with banks and their own personal financial information in the future.
Project outcomes include new interfaces, smart cards, mobile applications, web platforms and entirely new retail banking products. A combination of product design, design strategy and user experience design the proposed concepts spanned disciplines to paint a new image of banking in the future.
